A private hundred-acre campus fifteen minutes from Rexburg. Meeting spaces indoors and out, a commercial kitchen, beds for forty, and recreation you don’t have to schedule a bus to reach.
How a day here runs
Session at nine. Canoes at three. Nobody checks out.
You meet in the morning with the whole group in one room and the door can remain open, because there’s no wedding party in the next ballroom. You have the entire lodge to yourself.
Prepare lunch in our commercial kitchen — you cook it, or you cater it in, and either way everyone eats in the same dining area at the same time, which is where most of the real conversation happens anyway.
Then the afternoon breaks open. Pickleball, the pond, a canoe, a walk on a hundred acres, or a quiet corner for the two people who need to finish their presentation. You come back sharper than you left.
Dinner, drinks, Karaoke and relaxation. The part of the event that doesn’t appear on any agenda but is usually the space where ideas really spark and the reason the trip worked.
And nobody drives back to a hotel, because all forty of you are housed here.

Availability
Day events run September through May.
Summers get booked early for family reunions and wedding weekends — often two years in advance. September through May is when the campus becomes available for business or hobby retreats, church groups and celebrations. It’s the quietest, most private time of year.
Overnight group stays are available year-round at lodge rates. If you want both — meetings during the day and up to forty people housed overnight — ask Dave and he’ll put the two together.

Staying overnight changes the math in your favor — the whole lodge runs $900 to $1,100 a night September through May, and a group of forty ends up somewhere around twenty-five dollars a person. Ask Dave for a combined quote; he builds them individually.
