Our Story

Hosting groups since 2003

We opened in 2003 as a reunion lodge — and stayed focused on one job: enough kitchen, beds, and play space that every age wants to stay. Hundreds of families have made this their gathering place.

In 2019 we added weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. Same property, same exclusive-use rule: reunions, wedding weekends, winter base camp, or retreats — your group only.

What Makes Us Different

Well… our secret passageways, for starters

Indoor slides, a bouldering wall, a pool table, and a pickleball court are just a few things that make the lodge hard to leave. Kids disappear into playrooms connected by secret tunnels while adults gather in one of three living rooms or out on the acreage.

  • Fully exclusive — your group only, never shared
  • 9,600 sq ft lodge on 100 private acres
  • 10 themed bedrooms and 1 bunkroom sleeping up to 40
  • Commercial kitchen — not a vacation-rental kitchenette
  • Activities built in — not an add-on upsell

2 Queen

Two queens under a nautical theme, and the largest of the rooms. Families with teenagers tend to claim it before their bags are out of the car.

Dragonfly Room at Three Peaks Lodge

Dragonfly Room

1 Queen

Green, quiet, and looking out across the property. The one people go back to their book in.

Garden Room at Three Peaks Lodge

Garden Room

1 Queen

Bright and botanical — the room that feels like spring even when there’s a foot of snow outside.

Americana Room at Three Peaks Lodge

Americana Room

1 Queen + 2 Single

A queen and two singles under stars and stripes. The room that keeps a small family together instead of splitting them across a hallway.

Beach Room at Three Peaks Lodge

Beach Room

1 Queen

Sand and sea-glass tones, roughly eight hundred miles from any ocean. Nobody’s ever minded.

Fishing Room at Three Peaks Lodge

Fishing Room

1 Queen

Rods on the wall and Henry’s Fork on the mind. Whoever’s driving to Island Park at six usually ends up in here.

Coca-Cola Room at Three Peaks Lodge

Coca-Cola Room

1 Queen

Exactly what it sounds like, down to the crates and the signage. The grandkids ask for it by name.

Zen Room at Three Peaks Lodge

Zen Room

1 Queen

The calm one, at the quiet end of the hall. Every group has somebody who needs it, and they know who they are.

News Room at Three Peaks Lodge

News Room

1 Queen

Newsprint, old headlines and a bit of history on the walls. Good for the early riser who wants the coffee before anyone else is up.

Montana Room at Three Peaks Lodge

Big timber, big sky, and a view worth opening the curtains for.
