12 queen beds + 8 bunk beds. Occupancy limit: 40 guests day and night (infants under 2 not counted). Bunk room has fitted sheets and pillows — bring sleeping bags or blankets for bunk guests.

3-night minimum. Occupancy limit 40. $1,000 deposit to reserve; balance due 3 months before arrival.

Summer check-in daysCheck-in and check-out are on Mondays and Thursdays only during summer. Plan Mon–Thu (3 nights) or Thu–Mon (4 nights).
