Three Peaks Lodge has been in the family for generations. In 2003 Dave and Patti made it available to the public for family reunions.

Three Peaks Lodge has gained a reputation as the family reunion getaway people can't stop talking about. There's the expected: pool table, ping-pong, foos-ball, air hockey, tennis, pickleball and a hot tub. But there is also a stream, pond, canoes and indoor features you won't find anywhere else: an indoor kids climbing wall, an castle and slides, big wheels for young and old. Kids love the three stories of secret passageways that connect the playrooms and provide the perfect setting for hide-and-go-seek.

Twenty-three years later, the tunnels are the first thing kids find and the last thing they'll leave.

We started hosting entire wedding weekends in 2019. One place for the family to stay, get ready for the wedding, have the ceremony and celebrate afterwards.

Winter snowmobiling and skiing crews also love Three Peaks Lodge. One central location where everyone can enjoy their evenings together, sometimes even more than their time out in the snow.

One rule hasn't moved since the first summer: the whole place, your group only, every time.

The best winter getaway for large groups in Eastern Idaho

Summers fill two years out. Winter dates are still available.

Families book this place for July before their kids have finished the school year — sometimes two years before. That's twenty-three summers of word of mouth doing its work, and we're grateful for it.

Winter is the season few have discovered, and it might be our very best offering.

Island Park snowmobiling trails are thirty minutes from the door. Grand Targhee is an hour. Yellowstone in winter — steam off the geyser basins, bison in the snow, a fraction of the crowd — is seventy-five minutes away.

You can park ten trailers on the property, dry everyone's gear overnight, and always come back to a warm lodge, where an unexpected stormy day is a great day, because there's a theater room, the climbing wall, indoor games and a castle full of tunnels waiting inside.

The whole lodge runs $900 to $1,100 a night from September through May. Thirty-five people, seven nights, comes to about seven thousand dollars, which is about *thirty dollars a person per night**, for a hundred private acres.

Under one roof

A kitchen three cooks can share. A dining area that seats everyone.

The kitchen is a real commercial kitchen — an eight-burner range, double convection ovens, a chest freezer, sixty place settings, and a drawer full of good knives. Three people can cook a holiday dinner in it at once without anyone saying excuse me.

The dining area seats your entire group at one time. Not two shifts. Not the kids at a card table in the next room. Everyone, at once, for every meal.

There are three living rooms, so the people who want to stay up until 2 am and those who want to be asleep by 9 can all get what they want.

Ten themed bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps sixteen. Six bathrooms. A hot tub. A pond with canoes on it, a pickleball court, a basketball hoop, and a hundred acres with nothing on them but your family.

One address. One set of keys. Nobody splitting off to a hotel across town. Enjoy together time like never before!

Indoor castle with slides. Secret passageways between the playrooms. A bouldering wall, a theater stage, foam blocks and mega Legos, a 36×36 playroom, and a bunkroom ten feet from all of it. Outside there's the pond, the canoes, the courts, and room to run in any direction.
