Before you email
How far in advance should we book?
Summer reunions and wedding weekends book early — 6–12 months ahead is recommended. Off-peak and group events often have more flexibility.
Is the entire lodge exclusive to our group?
Yes. You never share the property with other guests.
What’s the minimum stay?
3 nights for reunions and base camp stays. Thanksgiving requires 4 nights.
Do you allow pets?

Can three generations really fit for a family reunion?
Yes — the lodge sleeps up to 40 across 10 bedrooms and 1 bunkroom, with a commercial kitchen, dining for the whole group, and indoor play space so kids and grandparents aren’t stuck in the same room all day.
Can the wedding party stay on-site, or only day guests?
Both. Events seat up to 200 for ceremony/reception, and up to 40 overnight guests can stay at the lodge so the wedding party isn’t scattered across town hotels.
Is there parking for snowmobile trailers in winter?
Yes. Winter Base Camp stays can park 10+ trailers on the property. Confirm counts with Dave when you inquire — trailer needs are part of availability, not a footnote.
Do you host corporate or church retreats in summer?
Day events run September through May. Summer overnight inventory is prioritized for reunions and weddings. Overnight group stays use reunion-style rates year-round — ask Dave for your dates.
What’s the closest airport, and how long is the drive?
Idaho Falls Regional (IDA) is about 45 minutes. Most groups land, pick up rental cars, optionally grocery in Idaho Falls or Rexburg, then drive to the lodge in Saint Anthony.
